Initial Meeting
Upon receiving a commission request, the Clague Studio will respond promptly and schedule a convenient time when the artist can meet the client and subject. This meeting allows the client to share his wishes for the portrait and enables the artist to determine the best approach to depict the subject's likeness. The client selects a formal or informal pose and chooses between an indoor or outdoor setting. The subject's apparel is also decided. Although Adam can travel to fulfill a commission, he recommends that the client and subject come to the Clague Studio near Kansas City, Missouri. This is where the artist can provide the most options for the portrait. Next
