The Invitation
The client is invited to the Clague Studio near Kansas City, Missouri to relax while Adam renders his likeness in paint. The artist requires only one three-hour painting session and schedules frequent breaks for his guest. The client provides a 50% installment at this session. Working from life allows the artist to depict beautiful nuances with paint that cannot be captured by photography. If the client is unable to come to Kansas City, Adam is willing to travel at the client's expense. Next
